I must admit that I am an ardent fan of Kareena and I really liked
her dress in the popular song “gori tere pyaar”; so when I got a chance to wear
a replica of the same gorgeously beautiful and bright colored lehenga choli; I
ordered immediately. The first thing that struck me about the outfit was the
length of its top that is different from the conventional length. I always liked
bold colors and felt that this design has been made just for me. The entire
outfit is a combination of bright blue and pink with heavy and rich works done
by hand in zardozi, Jarkon. There is an attractive and creative use of lace and
tassels at the perfect places to give the whole outfit a highly traditional
look and appeal. The pink dupatta has lace borders and uses tassels at both its
ends. I am planning to wear it in the wedding season ahead.

Isha Koppikar Lehenga With Long Top Review
I bought this lehenga because I found a stunning difference in its
design. . I looked stunningly and pleasantly different too wearing it. The top
is long and made in net fabric. I felt that the rich red color and the design will
make it ideal for many an important occasion.
The exquisite combination of gold embellishments and embroidery on red
makes the entire dress very rich and sophisticated. The transparent net top
makes the lehenga very hot indeed and as I expected I noticed several eyes dart
in my direction in the party that I wore it to.
The sleeves are full length with a gold border at the end. There is
quite heavy embroidery in gold resham on the sleeves which adds to the outfit’s
richness. The bottom of the lehenga has a striking gold border. There are
evenly and beautifully spaced out small gold floral embroidery patterns spread
all over the lehenga.

Aishwarya Rai Style Romantic Red Lehenga Choli Review
I wore this red lehenga choli design which is a replica of the one worn by Aishwarya Rai at a function and to my surprise I was told many pleasant things that I had not heard before then I realized that perhaps the lehengas is partly responsible for it. Lehengas for me have a timeless charm and perhaps that is why it has been a traditional wear of Indian women since time immemorial. The one that I wore really looked majestic and elegant by the way the beautiful motifs are placed on it. The embellishments are gorgeous. There is beautiful embroidery in resham and velvet patchwork gives it the required royal touch. The gota patch border at the bottom made sure that the lehenga not only looks beautiful but also falls gracefully from the waist down. The combination of net and velvet for this lehenga choli is perfect from an aesthetic point of view as well as in terms of comfort.

Bipasha Basu Bridal Red Lehenga Review
There is no other day as special to a woman as her wedding day. I had been searching frantically for the perfect red lehenga for my D-day when I stopped short at the picture of this red lehenga modeled by Bipasha. I wanted red because of the auspiciousness associated with it for the bride. I asked my friends and they agreed too that this is just perfect. The D-day came and as expected all the guests were gushing over how exquisite the embroidery is and how it has utilized many types of work and embellishments such as kasab, Jarkon, zardosi, stone and zari. Of course I got great compliments too! Two fabrics have been used in making this great design; net and velvet which has long been a favorite of the royals. I am sure my guests will remember my lehenga for years to come. I know I will not forget the wonderful looks and compliments that my husband gave!

Zarine Khan Pink Floor Length Anarkali Review
I was looking for the latest variation in the Anarkali style which
is the full floor length style where you can hardly see the churidar; I came
across this pink piece with touches of shaded cream in its embroidery and a
contrasting black. I ordered it and wore it for a wedding and got some really
nice comments. I was told that I am looking stunning in the attractive color
combination. The fabric is georgette that gives the suit a graceful soft fall
and it really looked great on me. In fact, georgette will look great on any
body shape. The embroidery is skillfully done in resham in contrasting shaded
cream and is really an exact replica of the piece worn by Zarine Khan at one of
the most prestigious fashion shows. I personally felt that the black and gold
zari panels at the bottom of the Anarkali top give it a bold and a beautiful
touch.

Aishwarya White Anarkali Review
The first thing that struck me when I saw this design was the
whiteness and I thought to me, “well you can never ever make a wrong fashion
statement in such a gorgeous and glamorous white piece”. So I did not waste
time in ordering it. The moment I received it; I was happy with my choice as
the resham and sequins embroidery on the sleeves are just exquisite. There are
silver sequins running vertically from the top to the bottom that add the
necessary sheen to the white net fabric. There are two panels on the bottom of
the Anarkali top. One is in silver and the other is in a light golden shade.
The borders of the sleeves and the flair are in Maroon that gives it the most
graceful finish. The broad round neck did leave enough space for a necklace but
I preferred to wear the design as it is. All I did was wear a pair of diamond
earrings and left the neck bare.

Urmila Style Anarkali Suit Review
I was shopping for the festival ahead and wanted something really different when I came across this unique salwar suit in Anarkali Style which as all of you know is a hot favorite of all the top designers today. It is truly one of the most feminine styles in Indian dresses. The Anarkali style has both a touch of the traditional as well as the modern. I felt that this design in silver worn by Urmila Matondkar will be excellent for the D-day. I chose this piece especially because of the Silver colour which is a neutral one and will prove a versatile wear in the future. The net suit is heavily embroidered with zari and sequins on the neck and on the full length sleeves with a broad zari border at the bottom of its huge flair. I combined silver and diamond accessories and was stunned myself with the result.

Priyanka Chopra Silver Saree at Color Screen Awards
I have always believed sarees are great for any occasion and for just about any body shape. I found this saree worn by Priyanka Chopra at the color screen awards to be an elegant piece and tried it at a party. Let me tell you there were more than a few eyes admiring me. The contrasting red blouse and the red border on this silver saree is an excellent highlight. The blouse too has an attractive border in silver at the waist. This saree itself is designed in net with zari and sequins panel in the same color. The net material really gave my body a slim and feminine look. I felt really confident at the party and have decided to wear it another important occasion coming up next week. I have always loved Bollywood sarees; they are great in terms of design and colour and appropriate for many occasions.
