Sonakshi Sinha Saree At Umang Police Show

I wore this saree to a farewell function at the office as I found it really suitable for the occasion. It is subtle in its design but still makes a strong fashion statement. The georgette material with brocade blouse gives a soft and classic look to the entire outfit. There are zari woven polka dots all over this attractive drape. The saree has a gold border that is the eye catcher in the saree. There is exquisite detail and craftsmanship in the pallu that has resham embroidery and is lined up with a Banarasi patch all across its length. The blouse is equally gorgeous. The black blouse has cap sleeves and to give a continuity in the outfit; it is decorated all around the neck, sleeves and waist with golden and bronze bolts. This saree proves that soft and subtle colors can be as attractive as bright ones and suitable for any occasion.

Deepika Padukone Chess Print Saree for Lungi Dance - Chennai Express

I was looking for something out of the ordinary and thanks to fashion fatka I found the most interesting outfit to wear to the occasion. It is the design worn by Deepika Padukone in the famous “lungi dance” song. The saree draped my body sensuously and gave me a highly attractive silhouette if I must say so myself. The material is georgette. The prints are multicolored with the pallu portion in black and white chess prints. The rest of the saree is blue and pink. The blouse is peach and sleeveless. This saree can be worn to any occasion and every time I wear it I am expecting some interesting glances in lieu of the popularity of the song. The bright colors are not at all garish but are in fact stylishly coordinated and made my mood cheerful and I hope I spread cheer too with its unmistakably noticeable colors.

Sridevi Fluorescent Green Saree - Excellent Craftsmanship

Sridevi and her style need no introduction. So it is no surprise if I tell you tha I felt that I just must have this one worn by the veteran actress when it is available at such a reasonable price. The saree looks strikingly beautiful because of its fluorescent green color. The see through net adds a bit of seductiveness to the entire look and I really made some heads turn at the wedding function last week. The saree is made more beautiful and rich by its varied embellishments. The gold sequins and resham embroidery on the fluorescent green saree is highlight of the outfit. There is excellent craftsmanship in the sequin works and the embroidery. The blouse is sleeveless and black in color which is in an interesting and eye catching contrast. The stitches used are golden in color which gives the whole outfit a sense of continuity and makes it aesthetically perfect.

Kareena Kapoor Printed Silk Saree Review

This saree provides a highly modern and chic look and I wore it to my kitty party yesterday and all my friends were asking where I bought it and I had to tell them of course! This very hot outfit proves that embellishments and embroidery alone do not make a saree attractive. This is a silk saree that plays with colors effectively to create appeal and make the wearer look stunningly beautiful. The colors are bright but tastefully and stylishly coordinated. The colors used are black, white, rust and blue. While the back and white are used in the lower portion of the saree; the brighter rust and blue is used in the upper portion and the pallu. There is also a block print at the lower portion of the saree but only in the white section. This shows the designer’s eye for detail. The blouse in a halter neck type of style is the highlight of this entire look.

Malaika Arora Khan Style Saree At Lakme Fashion Week 2013 Review

I ordered this saree as I felt that Malaika Arora Khan really looked stunning in this multicolored saree. This saree proves how you can use multiple colors tastefully to produce one of the most elegant designs. The outfit uses four colors; yellow, golden, peach and black. The blouse is yellow in color whereas the saree uses golden, peach, red and black stylishly. The fabric used is also of multiple types. The subtle and striking combination of net, georgette and silk makes this outfit unique. The exquisite patch works and resham embroidery in gold with traces of black in between on the pallu as well as the lower part of the drape is highly creative. There are beads used too here. I could not resist buying this saree because of the skilled craftsmanship and the perfect color. Although I had already got some pleasant comments from my husband on one occasion that I wore it, I was not expecting so much ore from my friends at the party last night.
